What is change? Why is change feared?
How do you handle change? Share a letter
of change that was difficult and how you
weathered the transition.

– Listen to the Author on Balance.
What is balance in your life? How do you
attain balance? How does it feel to be in
or out of balance? Share a letter about
a time when you were out of balance and how
you corrected it or how you’ve
attained and maintained balance in your life?
III. Love – Listen to the Author on Love.
What is love, really? Is it romantic love,
the love of a child, the love of things or all
of the above? How do you feel about loving
and being loved? How do you come to
a state of true love? Tell the reader
as if they were your friend instances of love that
changed your life, made it better and
led to enlightenment.
IV. Dreams

What is your heart’s desire? Is
there something you dream of doing, becoming or
conquering in your life? Have you followed
your dreams? If so, where did it lead
you and was it a fulfilling experience?
Share your experience of living and fulfilling
your vision … even if you are still
in the dream state.
V. Friends

Who is your truest and best friend(s)?
What do you value in friendship? How do
you feel to have a close, treasured friend?
Celebrate your friendship through a letter
about your friendship(s).
VI. Hope/Faith
–
How has hope or faith carried you through
difficult or meaningful events in your
life? Describe how hope or faith has sustained
you through such times in your life
through a letter encouraging other women
to do the same.
VII. Careers
–
Have you ever felt like you hold the titles
of CEO (Chief Executive Officer) or
CCBW (Chief Cook and Bottle Washer)? And
sometimes concurrently? How did
you choose your career? Has your career served
you as a spiritual being? Has
following your bliss allowed you greater
harmony throughout all aspects of your life?
VIII. Abundance –
How do you attract good things into your
lives, overcoming the defeating thoughts of
carcity? In a letter describe how belief
in abundance in your life has brought greater
wealth of any kind (monetary or otherwise)
while thoughts of lack detracted from
your overall wellbeing.
IX. Adversity

How do you face life’s challenges?
So you sometimes learn lessons the hard way?
How has adversity in your life made you a stronger
person? Give your account of
your graduation from the “School of Hard
Knocks,” and how you traversed the
hardships in your life through a life-saving
attitude or by stumbling upon a healthy
coping mechanism. Please share a letter that
gives hope to those experiencing
difficult times and allows them to see there
may be a “light at the end of the tunnel”
that isn’t an oncoming train!
X. Choices –
What are your choices in life and how
have they affected your path? Have you
decided to make choices that were challenging
in your life or simply kept the status
quo? How have these choices affected your
life … for better or worse? What advise
would you give a friend in your circumstance?
XI. Creativity
–
How has creativity served you in your
life? Has it helped you to do something
uniquely different, create or invent something
new or provide a new twist on an old
way of looking at things? Encourage other
women to be creative and find their own
unique voice or talent.
XII. Independence –
Were you born independent or did you
grow into it? Were life’s responsibilities
thrust upon you, which subsequently made
you self-sufficient? How has your
independence and uniqueness served you
in your life? Write a letter rejoicing your
autonomy.
XIII. Synchronicity –
What are coincidences and is there such
a thing that Carl Jung coined as
synchronicity? Describe events in your life
that support the interconnective force that
moves through our lives organizing events beyond
just chance.
XIV. Intuition –
Have you ever followed or not followed your
“gut feeling”? And how has this
worked for or against you? How do you
know your intuitive voice? Describe how
you listen to that voice and encourage
other women to have the confidence to adhere
to their intuition.
XV. Forgiveness –
Who does forgiveness really help? Is it
the transgressor or the exonerator? Which
end of forgiveness have you been on and
how has it changed your life? Share a letter
describing your feelings.
XVI. This and That –
What other meaningful message is on the
tip of your quill just waiting to be shared
with your sisters in spirit? Share it.
